Genre: Arcade
Players: 1

Review:
Yellow Fins is an Arcade-style game played with a single button, where players control a yellow fish jumping on hills, pressing a button to push down, releasing it to make climbing up hills easier, and using the contours of the hills to try to gain height and pick up speed to stay ahead of an oncoming fog.
This sort of game has been on smartphones for a while now (often for free), and Yellow Fins brings absolutely nothing new to the table. In fact, compared to some that I’ve played, the gameplay is less smooth, the simple 2D presentation is less engaging, and while this is a perfectly decent game, it does nothing to set itself apart.
tl;dr – Yellow Fins is an Arcade-style time-waster where you’re pushing one button to move your character down, and releasing it to make it easier to move up hills, trying to gain height and speed. Compared to the free smartphone games with similar gameplay, this game brings nothing new or interesting to the table. It’s fine, but does nothing notable, and even does a few things slightly worse than similar games.
