Review:

Totes the Goat is an Arcade/Puzzle game where you jump from tile to tile on a voxel-style playing field that’s eerily reminiscent of the classic old-school arcade game QBert. Very reminiscent. Okay, so this is just a voxel-style QBert.

For what it’s worth, the game is competent enough. The graphics look clean, albeit not especially detailed or interesting. And the game even lets you unlock other characters and skins, which is nice. But it gets repetitive and samey, and this spin on the formula does little to set it apart from a game that was released 37 years ago.

If you’re looking for a simple, arcade-y puzzle game and haven’t played QBert before, or if you like QBert and want something that plays exactly like that without doing much to change the formula, give Totes the Goat a try. Just don’t expect much.

tl;dr – Totes the Goat is an Arcade / Puzzle game that has you jumping from one platform to the next to change their color. Basically, this is a copy of the old game QBert, and it does little to distinguish itself. It’s fine, but nothing great.
