Piczle Lines DX is a puzzle game where players are given a grid with various numbered and colored dots on it, and must connect the dots in such a way that each is paired with another the exact number of spaces away that each designates. While this may seem simple, it can become complicated when you have to push a dozen lines through the same area and each needs to take up a certain amount of space and allow others to get to where they need to go.

In practice, this works out to be a nice little puzzle game, helped out by a colorful and cheerful presentation. Nothing especially impressive here, but it gets the job done nicely.

The game has 300 puzzles combined in both a story mode and puzzle mode. Both modes play the same, but the story mode has a disposable story about a mad scientist and his careless assistant.

All in all, Piczle Lines DX is a great time-waster puzzle game, with enough puzzles to keep you busy for a while. It’s easy to play, but offers enough of a challenge to keep you wanting to keep playing the next puzzle.

tl;dr – Piczle Lines DX is a Puzzle game that has you connecting dots of the same color with lines of a specified length. It’s simple enough that it’s easy to pick up, and compelling enough to keep you going. Worth a look for puzzle fans.
