Review:

Energy Cycle is a Puzzle game where you are presented with a pattern of multicolored dots and you are charged (ha) with making them all the same color by changing one row or column at a time.

That’s… it. It’s not an especially new or complex concept. And the game doesn’t really do anything to make it especially compelling.

The visuals, at least, are decent, albeit lacking in personality. There’s kinda’ a “futuristic” vibe to them, albeit with odd still images of a Pokemon-esque electric cat… thing. Yeah, I don’t know either.

In the end, Energy Cycle is a pretty straightforward no-frills Puzzle game. It’s not especially compelling in any way, nor is it all that memorable.

tl;dr – Energy Cycle is a straightforward no-frills Puzzle game where you change the colors of dots to try to get them to all be the same color. It’s not especially compelling in any way, nor is it all that memorable.
