(Note: The games in this bundle are also included in the Super Puzzle Pack bundle, along with Jigsaw Fun: Piece It Together, Gems of Magic: Lost Family, and Match Three: Pirates! Heir to Davy Jones.)
Endless Puzzle Fun Collection, released on Nintendo Switch in 2021, is a Compilation containing a pair of family-friendly Puzzle games.
I have separately reviewed these games. Here is what I thought of both of the games in this collection:
| Game | Genre | # of Players | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candy 2048 Challenge | Puzzle | 1-2 Competitive (Local) | D |
tl;drCandy 2048 Challenge is a Puzzle game that takes the well-worn 2048 puzzle, adds a candy theme, and… not much else. This is an absurdly bare-bones take on this well-established game formula, and absurdly overpriced too. Do not get this. | |||
| Yum Yum Line | Puzzle | 1-2 Competitive (Local) | C |
tl;drYum Yum Line is a family-friendly Puzzle game where players move colored tiles to try to make rows or columns of at least 5, trying to clear as many as they can before the game board gets clogged up. It’s an okay time-waster, but it’s too shallow and random to be anything more than that, and it’s overpriced too. It’s not horrible, but Nintendo Switch owners have numerous better options. | |||
In short, neither of these games is particularly great, and while Yum Yum Line is at least a passable time-waster, Candy 2048 Challenge is a surprisingly bare-bones take on a well-worn puzzle genre. And both of these games are overpriced when sold separately.
Okay, well, are they more appropriately-priced in this bundle? Well… not really, no. Sure, the $15 price tag saves you a buck off buying the games separately at $8 each, but it’s still absurdly overpriced given how simple and shallow these two games are. Even when this package goes on sale for $3, it seems a bit steep.
In the end, I just can’t recommend a purchase of Endless Puzzle Fun Collection. The two included games are just too simple and lackluster, and the price is absurd, even when this bundle goes on sale. Skip it.
tl;dr – Endless Puzzle Fun Collection is a Compilation of two family-friendly Puzzle games: Candy 2048 Challenge and Yum Yum Line. Both are extremely simple, shallow Puzzle games, and this bundle barely saves you anything on their bloated, way too high prices. Do not buy this.
