The Fuimllar Switch Case for Nintendo Switch 2 (shouldn’t it be called the Fuimllar Switch 2 Case, then?) is a larger carrying case designed to carry not only the console itself, but the dock, a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, and various accessories.

This case is purportedly made from “Cationic Oxford cloth” and “hard EVA”, but in simple terms the outside feels like a firm, rigid polyester, while the inside feels like a similar but more fine-thread molded fabric. The exterior has a carrying strap with a flat molded silicon handle, while the inside contains two small mesh storage compartments and twenty fabric slots for game cartridges.

On the bottom of the case there are slots for the Nintendo Switch 2 game system, a Nintendo Switch 2 dock, and a controller, along with slots on either side for additional cables or accessories.

The good news is, this case does seem to adequately fit the Nintendo Switch 2 and its accessories, apart from one exception which I’ll get to in a moment. The space for the Nintendo Switch 2 Dock and Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller both seem adequate to fit those, and the remaining spaces should work for a variety of other smaller accessories, up to and including a Joy-Con Grip.

However, the once exception to this is that while all of these things fit inside this case, when closed the top of this case rests firmly against the top edge of the Nintendo Switch 2. I suppose you could argue that this is a good thing, as the pressure against that edge of the device should keep it from jostling loose as you’re carrying it. However, it also means that even a moderate bump in that part of the case seems like it could potentially damage the Nintendo Switch 2.

I’m speculating, because I don’t want to risk my $450 hybrid game console to test this, but I simply do not trust this case – it seems like it would be far too easy to damage the one thing the case most needs to protect. As such, I cannot recommend the Fuimllar Switch Case.

tl;dr – Fuimllar Switch Case is a larger storage case for Nintendo Switch 2 designed to fit the Nintendo Switch 2, a Nintendo Switch 2 Dock, a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, additional accessories, and 20 game cartridges, all while providing a moderate level of protection. While it does indeed fit all of those, the way the lid rests against the top edge of the Nintendo Switch 2 makes me worry that a moderate impact could damage the console. As a result, I cannot recommend this case.
