Review:
World War: Tank Battle is an Action Game released on Nintendo Switch in 2022, and as you might expect from the name, this game has you driving tanks in battlefields presumably meant to represent territory fought over during World War II.
If it wasn’t for the game’s title and maps named after places in Europe, you’d be forgiven for not being able to tell, as this game’s presentation is absolutely horrendous. The above image doesn’t really do the game’s terrible visuals justice, so here are two I took on my own Nintendo Switch:

Ah yes, the dirty brown filter over everything, the vomit green backgrounds, the repeating ground textures, the sparse copy-pasted foliage… and not pictured are the terrible framerates, the uninspired cinematic soundtrack, and the repeated chatter over the action of someone constantly saying “Roger… move out… Roger… Roger… retreat!… move out… Roger…”.
With these terrible visuals, it’s a wonder if you can hit anything, but even if your sights are lined up perfectly when you fire a shot, you may still inexplicably miss for seemingly no reason. Add to this an overall lack of strategy, clunky controls, and very little in the way of options and customization, and you have an absolutely miserable tank game.
What more is there to say, really? This game looks like garbage and plays like garbage. I’ll save it from the F pile if only because it is still technically playable, but I can see little reason why you would want to play this over other games on the Nintendo Switch like World of Tanks Blitz. Even if this game goes on sale for $2, don’t waste your money on it, play something else instead.
tl;dr – World War: Tank Battle is an absolutely horrendous Action game where players drive tanks with horribly bad visuals, poor controls, and overall terrible gameplay. Do not waste money on this.
