The reader decided to do as Sun Tzu recommended, and know thy enemy. “Tell me about the narrator”, the reader requested politely.

“Ah, him,” the bartender said, scratching his beard, “he lives off to the West. Be careful, young reader. He has a mean streak, and is liable to off any stray wanderers who happen his way without a proper WEAPON to fight him off. You know, a WEAPON like the one I just gave you. The REVOLVER. I’m saying to shoot him with the REVOLVER. Honestly, I can’t make it any easier for you than that.”

Anyway, the bartender continued, “was there anything else you need to know? If not, you know the way OUT.”

Thinking about it, the reader reasoned that they could ASK BARTENDER about the WEAPON he alluded to. Or perhaps it might simply be better to learn more about where they are, and they could ask about this LOCATION.

The only exit is OUT.
