CSD 1/2 Forever Bundle is a Compilation released in 2025 on Nintendo Switch, containing three games in the Cook Serve Delicious franchise, released separately on Nintendo Switch in 2019 through 2025.

I have separately reviewed these games. Here is what I thought of each of the games in this collection:

tl;dr Cook, Serve, Delicious! is an Arcade-style game with some Simulation elements that has players managing a restaurant and serving orders to customers. I think this is a more frantic game than its sequel, and it has a lot less in the way of variety, but it’s still an enjoyable game that’s worth a look.

tl;dr Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! is an Arcade-style game with Simulation elements that doesn’t play much like Overcooked or Cooking Mama. It’s more like a food version of Simon Says, with multiple steps for some items. The game does a good job keeping things interesting by having you manage multiple things at once, and it makes for a good co-op experience, although it’s frustrating that it doesn’t do a better job to make important information immediately accessible to players in the chaos.

tl;dr Cook Serve Forever is an Arcade-style game that abandons the Simulation elements of the Cook Serve Delicious series to offer something simpler, with more of a focus on story as you follow a woman who aspires to be a world-class chef. While this game has some good elements, the lack of depth is disappointing, and it seems to deliberately try to make its core gameplay less satisfying by frustrating players. This isn’t a bad game, but it doesn’t live up to the trilogy that preceded it.

In short, the first two games are the highlight of this bundle, with Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! being the star here. Meanwhile, Forever pulls up the rear due to more shallow and frustrating gameplay.

Okay, but what are we looking at in terms of value here? Collectively, the included games here would separately cost $58, so this bundle’s $40 price tag is pretty good, basically like you’re getting one of the first two games tossed in for free with the others. This bundle also looks good if we’re comparing sale prices, with it costing a low of $11.50 to get the individual games on their own and this bundle selling as low as $8 as of this writing. So if you know you’re getting these three games, this bundle is the best way to get these games. Now, that said, there is one reason you might not get this bundle if you want to get the Cook, Serve, Delicious series, and that is if you also want to get Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?!. In that case, you may want to instead consider getting the Forever Delicious Bundle, which includes all of the series’ games.

In the end, I guess that means CSD 1/2 Forever Bundle is the perfect bundle for players who bought Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! and want to get every other game in the series all at once. For those players, this is a solid choice, containing mostly great games with a good value.

tl;dr – CSD 1/2 Forever Bundle is a Compilation containing Cook, Serve, Delicious!, Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!!, and Cook Serve Forever, all three Arcade-style games about serving food, with the first two of those games also having Simulation-style elements. Overall, these are solid games, and this bundle offers some good savings. However, players looking for the complete series may want to instead consider getting the Forever Delicious Bundle, which includes Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! as well. However, if you already have that game and want to pick up the rest of the series, this is a fantastic choice.
